Return Policy
We Strive to provide quality customer Service. If for some reason your not satifsfied within 30 days after receipt, just email us at customerservice@naturescork.com or call us with the orginal receipt #, reason for exchange, and we will be happy to make an exchange or give store credit.
All exchanges must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Shipping expenses paid to receive the order are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for the lowest rates and free pick-up service.
Returns received beyond 45 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Items lost in transit that are being returned to Nature's Cork are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received.
